Time and Traffic
We'll do our best to make sure errands are taken care of expeditiously. However, we are not responsible for traffic delays.
Agreements
We're neighbors and sometimes there may be verbal/handshake on-site agreements. We don't mind and will do our best to make sure added services get as much attention like original bookings.
In such scenarios, price adjustments and receipts are separate from original agreement and will be fair for all parties involved.
There may be errands and special services outside of the norm that may require its individual contract. Emails and hand written agreements and receipts are considered legally binding.
We thank you and look forward to being a good neighbor!
Sincerely,
-NV Team
